Repairs and Renovations

This is probably the most satisfying of all the work we carry out. We take that something old, maybe rundown, possibly in a bad state of repair and we make it better, we bring it back to life.

We can help source and work with reclaimed materials, not everything needs to be brand new. It is equally important that we help to retain the character of buildings.

Period Properties

It is important that older properties and buildings receive the attention they deserve and in respect of this we have 25 years of experience working in and around period houses and Listed Buildings. Period properties often suffer from damp walls and floors, rotten timber work and leaking roofs.

These problems often require a specialist knowledge and require a sympathetic approach to maintaining the aesthetics and character of the building. We have in depth knowledge of timber frames, lime plastering and bespoke joinery.

Internal Refurbishment

This often goes hand in hand with an extension where internal layouts have to be changed to accommodate a new building.

We are able to advise on space planning and offer practical solutions to whatever your requirement. Much of our works involves taking down walls to open plan creating a fresh and light space. Other internal works include interior doors, floors and decoration.
